Vision Guard Support

Vision Guard helps you follow a screen-break rhythm on macOS. The app is designed to work locally and does not require an account for core timer, overlay, settings, widget, or analytics behavior.

Common first checks

• Make sure Vision Guard is running from the menu bar.
• Open Settings to confirm your work and break interval preferences.
• Use Restore Purchases if a Pro purchase is not reflected after reinstalling.
• Use Reset local analytics in Settings if you want to clear local break history.

Purchases

Purchases are handled through Apple's App Store purchase system. If a purchase or restore action does not appear immediately, try Restore Purchases from the app's Plan settings.

Data and reset options

Break analytics are stored locally on your Mac. You can clear local analytics from Settings without changing your timer preferences.

For support, use the contact option on the App Store listing for VisionGuard Desktop. Include your macOS version, Vision Guard version, and a short description of what happened.
